I crafted a large variety of hand wrapped wire rings with fixed and adjustable brass bands.  Most are big and bold cocktail rings with a shabby chic feel.  I enjoyed hand picking the large rock and glass crystals and meditating while wrapping each unique and lovely piece.  I hope you enjoy them.

Trunkshow Invite

             Welcome to the Meg Jewelry blog everyone. I wanted to share a trunkshow invite with everyone, because they are so much fun to attend, and we encourage everyone to visit if you are in the area. We will be having a trunkshow at MArah's Elegant Bridal in November. The trunkshow will be held November 11th and 12th in Mount Horeb, WI.
            Mount Horeb is a beautiful town surrounded by rolling hills, farms and scenic views. Unfortunately leaf season is primarily over but the views are still spectacular. I just had to share...

a custom order for a delightful and most treasured new client...

 I love the combination of rainbow moonstone with the tanzanite. In a future post I really should address my policies on custom work. This piece is an absolute pleasure to create.

And outside the back door, the pool is closed and dusted with the first fallen leaves, but the lanky anemone's are poking through the gray cedar patio furniture and I think it looks just great--one of those happy accidents...

My DIY Jewelry Display Project

I spent the last couple of days creating my own jewelry displays. Why spend hundreds when you can DIY for under a $100 bucks. I have a few shows booked for the end of this year and needed to find some clever ways to display my mass trunk load of jewels in an compact, orderly and funky way. I can't wait to share pics. In the mean time here are a few new and old favorite pieces.

Anonymous Sneak Peak of Upcoming 2012 Line!

            Welcome to the blog on this beautiful Tuesday afternoon everyone! Here at the Meg Jewelry headquarters, there is a lot of joy and happiness! Despite being a wonderful day everyday, we are especially excited today because we can begin unveiling some of our newest pieces in preparation of 2012. The photo shoot was such a success and we are so excited to receive some feedback from our viewers.
            In  order to maintain a non-biased atmosphere in regards to pieces, we are going to unveil each piece in an anonymous sense. This is very exciting, because you can create your own image and feeling toward each piece without being influenced by the particular name. Please let us know any feedback that you have because we love viewer feedback! And here we end the blogging and begin the unveiling...
